Sunny Bird Subtraction Stories

Subtraction is tough for some kids! Pictures really help as they learn what it means to “take away”. Students will use these picture stories to practice their new subtraction skills. There are seven problems, and the frame of the number sentence is provided. They will cross out the amount shown, then count how many are left in each group. Then they’ll record the answer. It’s a great practice!
