This five-question assessment requires students to create two composite shapes, identify rectangular prisms, and divide 2D shapes into equal halves. It can be used as a pre- or post-assessment. 3D shapes mentioned are cylinder, sphere, cone, and rectangular prism. 2D shapes divided into equal halves are rectangle and circle. This is a good, quick check to see if your students know their stuff!
